Depending on the information you provide, we may carry out an initial administrative review of your enquiry to decide whether it appears suitable for referral. We may decide that an enquiry is not suitable for referral, and we do not guarantee that every enquiry will be referred. We do not determine whether you have a legally valid claim. That decision belongs to an independent solicitor after they have considered the relevant facts and law.

An independent solicitor may be unable to act because of a conflict of interest, professional obligations, capacity, jurisdiction, limitation, merits or another reason.
